As often the case, administrators in charge of schools are under pressure to comply with government policies, which support better utilization of time for the better of student success. For this to be achieved there is need for school administrators, the student fraternity and the entire teaching staff to impress programs that are geared towards maximizing on time utility. This can only be done if the issue of time management is taken into co nsideration. This points to the fact that such schools need to take into consideration the role of time management and its impact on instructional time in case they so wish to meet the demands of increasing student achievement.
